Which human skills matter in the age of AI?

Lilla Berky · Insights

When answers become easier to generate, it is worth paying closer attention to the questions we ask and the decisions we make with those answers.

Look beyond the answer

A well-written suggestion is not automatically a sound decision. What assumptions does it make? What is missing? Who would be affected? Your knowledge of the context helps you recognise when more information or another perspective is needed.

Connection and trust

Unspoken uncertainty shapes how teams work. Make room for colleagues to ask questions, disagree and name difficulties. Attentive presence is more than another item on a task list: it shapes the conditions for working together.

A practice for the coming week

Choose a recurring decision. Write down which parts AI could support, what you need to check personally and who remains responsible for the outcome. At the end of the week, consider where you saved time and where human attention was most needed.

Let’s talk about the possibilities.
